What is Joe Gray Rentals/ JJ Properties pet policy?

We are pet friendly. Demonstrably well-behaved pets are welcome.

What is the parking situation? 

Our apartments offer: One (1) off-street parking space that is included in the rent. Free and meter on-street and off-street parking available in the city lots nearby, purchased through the city.

How do I pay rent?

Cash, check or money order payable to Joe Gray Rentals.  Can be placed in rent boxes, mailed or brought to our office.  Using the Pay Here button on Payments page for a small fee using checking account or you can use a debit/credit card.

What are my initial move in costs?  

Security deposit and first months rent.

What utilities are included and how do I pay them?

Utilities are not included in the monthly rental fee. Before signing, we provide you with your homes information to start services.  There are shared building expenses that are billed quarterly.
