Our apartments offer: One (1) off-street parking space is included in the rent. Additional off-street parking available for an additional fee. Free and meter on-street and off-street parking available in the city lots nearby

Our houses offer gravel driveways with multi-car parking

How do I pay rent?

The options vary from apartment to homes. Overall, however, we currently do not offer online payment options.

What are my initial move in costs?  

Security deposit and first months rent.

What utilities are included and how do I pay them?

Utilities are not included in the monthly rental fee. Before signing, we provide you with your homes information to start services.
